What You Are Joining

High-Courts is a covenant community of believers who gather under Divine Law to study Kingdom principles, ecclesial structure, and lawful living. As an Associate Member, you will have access to basic educational resources, including books, introductory courses, and ministry publications.

High-Courts operates as a private association. Your membership and your use of member resources are private matters, not subject to public regulation or commercial jurisdiction.

Your Covenant Commitment

You affirm that you are a believer in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. You agree to honor the principles of Scripture and Divine Law in your use of High-Courts resources. You agree to support the ministry's work through voluntary gifts as the Lord leads.

Gift-Exchange Model

High-Courts operates on a gift-exchange basis, not a commercial retail model. You give gifts to support the ministry's teaching work, and in exchange, you receive access to member resources. Your gifts are not purchases; they are contributions to a private covenant community.

A seed sown is a seed released. Under Kingdom principles, what you give to the work of the ministry is released to God. Gifts are non-refundable — not because of policy, but because of the nature of giving.

Privacy and Jurisdiction

High-Courts is a private membership association. By joining, you agree that:

  • Your membership is a private matter between you, the ministry, and God.
  • Any disputes arising from your membership or use of member resources will be resolved within the ecclesiastical structure of Divine Law Ecclesia, under the guidance of its elders and overseers, not through secular courts.
  • You release High-Courts, Divine Law Ecclesia, and Christian Villages Fellowship from liability for any claim arising from your voluntary participation in this private association, except in cases of intentional harm or fraud.

Acceptance and Membership Standing

By checking the box and submitting your first membership gift, you are applying for Associate Membership. Your application is accepted upon submission of payment. You become an Associate Member at that moment.

You may upgrade to Full Membership at any time by completing the Full Membership Application. You may withdraw from membership at any time by written notice, but gifts already given are not refundable.

Statement of Faith

You affirm that you agree with the core tenets of the Christian faith as expressed in the Apostles' Creed and the statement of faith of Divine Law Ecclesia:

  • Jesus Christ is Lord, Savior, King of Heaven, and ruler of all creation.
  • The Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God.
  • Salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone.
  • Believers are called to live under Divine Law, honoring God's authority in all areas of life.
Your Affirmation

By checking the box at checkout, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Associate Membership Agreement. You are applying for membership in High-Courts, PMA, and you understand that your gift is a voluntary contribution to a private covenant community, not a retail purchase.
